Project overview

The brief.

Willo Electrical has delivered solar installations at schools the length of Western Australia, with systems ranging from 10kW classroom blocks to 400kW multi-site campuses. Every install is engineered for the conditions: cyclone-rated mounting in the north, heritage-sensitive fixings on older buildings, and child-safe work zones on every active campus.

Challenges

What we had to solve.

01

Working on live, in-session school campuses with strict child-safety controls.

02

Cyclone-rated mounting and structural certification for northern WA projects.

03

Heritage-sensitive installations on older brick and timber buildings.

04

Remote logistics to and from sites thousands of km from Perth.

05

Compliance with Department of Education contractor requirements.

Our approach
